Arrival and accomodation. The first day includes visiting Parajanov Museum which is a tribute to one of the greatest figures [or auteurs] of 20th-century world cinema.Then we will have a walk in Yerevan and we will just admire the beauty of Yerevan. Then we move to Echmiatsin. This oldest Christian temple was founded in 301 and is one of the first churches in the Christian World. Holy Mass takes place on Sundays in the Cathedral. It is an architectural monument of early Christianity. It houses a unique museum of religious artifacts. There is a small altar in the centre of the Cathedral where, according to legend, Christ descended from Heaven and with a golden hammer pointed to the site upon which the Cathedral was to be built. The remnants of a pagan temple have been discovered during excavations made inside the Cathedral.

Early in the morning we move to Jermuk. Jermuk is a wonderful resort and one of the best skiing areas in Armenia. The wonderful natural places and fresh air will make your days absolutely unbelievable. We will have a chance to ski here and have the needed rest. Besides we will have a chance to visit Jermuk town. Jermuk is a town-resort in the southern Armenian province of Vayots Dzor, 53 km east of Yeghegnadzor, the capital of Vayots Dzor. The town is considered to be attractive for its huge waterfall, the natural bridge, the lake, its forests with the walking trails and mineral water pools. Jermuk is currently being redeveloped to become a modern centre of tourism and health services. The town is also being set up to become a sort of Chess centre, with numerous chess tournaments having been hosted or scheduled to be hosted. Finally, Jermuk is well-known among the Armenian people for its distinctively fresh air. (Transfer 170km)
On our way back to Yerevan we will have a chance to visit Noravanq, which is situated in Syuniq region and was the religious centre for a long time. The main church of this monastery complex is the church of st. Karapet. Then we will move to Khor Virap monastry complex situated in Ararat region.
